The new AMT clean operating inline crimp sealing machine (non-sheering, patent pending) uses an innovative method to automatically crimp aluminum and flip-off caps using a continuous motion. The inline crimp sealing machine has an extremely small footprint, and when combined with the AMT Inline Liquid Filling and Stoppering Machine, it completes the total high-speed aseptic liquid filling and vial closing packaging system.

Caps are delivered via vibratory bowl and chute while vials are transferred by conveyor belt. Once the vial receives a cap, it is automatically transferred through the crimper via a motor driven urethane belt and is simultaneously crimped by a non-shearing blade. Crimped vials exit the output side of Crimp Sealing Machine with a strong, uniform seal.

The AMT Inline Crimp Sealing Machine is also available in a semi-automatic, standalone tabletop model.
