AMT™ High Speed Filler

The AMT "Walking Beam" System produces over 400 bottles per minute for up to 100 ml fills, and proportionally slower for up to 1 liter fills. System accepts various sizes and shapes of containers with rapid changeover. Fill tolerance can be better than 1% depending upon product, volumes, and production speeds. All movements - nozzle bottom-up and forward-back, feed screw synchronization and peristaltic pump are servo-programmable for smooth operation. The AMT Servo Peristaltic Pump will accept tubing from 1/16" ID to 3/8" ID for a range of fill volumes from a fraction of 1 ml to 1 liter and will allow for optimal compromise between fill volume, production speed and fill tolerance. Typically, 8 to 16 nozzles are used and the pump will accept up to 20 nozzles for higher production speeds. Pump is oriented for easy air purging, convenient replacement of product contact parts, and is ideal for disposable technology.

AMT™ MicroLiter

Sterile non-contact filling of 96-well, 384-well, and 1536-well Microplates with SmartView Vision Verification and avant-garde performance.

The aseptic AMT MicroLiter Servo Peristaltic Dispenser utilizes EqualFlow™ - innovative digital compensation (US Patent Number 6,393,338) allowing unmatched fill precision at higher flow rates. Long-term tubing wear is also digitally compensated. Non-Contact filling from single microliters to milliliters is performed from 2 to 6 seconds per plate, with precisely controlled coherent jet. Only one continuous tubing per channel contacts the product, there are no fittings or seals, thus the system is ideal for sterile operations. Reversible flow and diving nozzles are provided for aspiration. Tubing cartridges are autoclavable or disposable. One unit is capable of filling all standard microplates, 96-well, 384-well, and 1536-well, in semi and fully automated productions.

AMT™ P&A Labeling

AMT™ Stoppering

High speed, servo-synchronized aseptic AMT Stoppering Machines complement our ultra-precise servo-peristaltic liquid filling machines for fast and sterile operations.

The compact size allows for a side-by-side configuration, doubling the output and matching the speed of the liquid filling machines for over 400 vials per minute. A state-of-the-art, multi-axis servo system synchronizes stoppers with bottles, eliminating the need for difficult mechanical adjustments over years of operations. The system will perform full and partial insertion and can be easily changed over to different stopper and bottle sizes. A vibratory feeder bowl orients and supplies stoppers, and is servo driven for programmable changeover to different bottle heights. A servo driven feed screw is equipped with a quick disconnect and is easily exchangeable for different bottle diameters. Advanced servo technology assures seamless operation, including stopping and resuming production at any time.
